Hi ladies looking for advice from you professional ladies. I'm currently on work placement and have realised that socialising out of work is a huge part of the job, dinners, functions, events. My question is when socialising for work do you wear your usual evening wear or do you keep it strictly office? :)

In between sibylla. I have a selection of 'work night out' dresses. Sticking with suits is a bit too serious, a lot of my normal going out clothes have, quite frankly, too much cleavage. I try to keep them fairly simple but still more dressy than I'd wear in the office. I have a few standbys from Coast and Phase Eight (which is far too fuddy duddy for someone your age!) which are 'respectable' but still dressier than office-suitable would be.

Thanks Lainey, That's really helpful, I'm steering clear of anything low cut or backless but still trying to keep it age appropriate. In between my style and business sounds like a good idea.
