How come the victims of male/prison rape are regarded as ''gay'' and not the rapists

    Always wondered why this is, surely people who commit this crime have to be homosexually inclined, yet it's always the victim or ''punk'' in U.S prison slang terminology who gets regarded as ''gay'' when the perpetrator is not.

    There's the obvious explanation of the perpetrator imposing their will and physicality on the victim, yet the victim gets saddled with the stigma.
