I saw some pretty convincing stuffed toys(rabbits, racoons etc.) recently in the local pet merchants that could be rigged up for Charlie:)

you can pick up one of these in any tacky discount store and butcher it your self

or just leave it as is

the warrener has a heap of videos on youtube about decoying, in one of them he makes a rough shape of a rabbit out of mesh and uses the skin of a real rabbit to cover it

I was thinking along that line. You see i have 3 kids so as you can imagine the house is full of battery operated toys. Alot of which don't get used any more.

I usually leave out rabbits in the same spot for a few nights, works well as i usually have eyes hangin around for the free meal! cant beat a good caller tho.. Jap gt gave a good sugestion here before about gutting your rabbits into a bucket and leaving it for a week or so then stabbing a few holes in the bottom and hanging it from a tree, this worked for me too but the smell was fcukin wofal!!!!

Any PROTECTED wild mammal or bird was my understanding of said act, as if it were not Ucallers are classed as an electronic decoying device.

Hence you can't put deer sounds on a Ucaller but can put fox rabbit etc

You can't always believe everything your told or you read, but then again if you read the back of your licence it does say you are hereby authorised to have in your possession, use and carry does this mean that its ok to take your 9mm, shotty or rifle up the high street or into dunnes to do the shopping.:D

Yes it does. If you happen to be on your way to or from shooting and want to pop into a shop for what ever then you are well with in your rights. As long as it is discreet ie. You have your shotty or rifle in a slip. And not out in the open as if you were ready to use it.
