Iphone 4 registration

    Hi guys,after buying a prepay iphone on 02. Just wondering how i register the phone so it activates the micro sim. I gave the sales rep my number from my meteor phone to switch over. Do i wait till the phone tells me the sim card is activated or is there something i need to register? The phone at the moment is telling me that the new microsim is locked so i cant use the phone. How long does it usually take for them to switch me to their network? Cheers in advance :)

    ranges from 2 hours to 24 if it goes problem free. so by the time u read this it should be sorted:)
