Paypal account Limited

I have been permanently banned by Paypal and eBay as I had multiple accounts. I had two, one personal account and one business account which is in accordance to Paypal's Terms & Conditions. I received too much money into the personal account so it was upgraded to Premier which was in breach of Paypal's Terms & Conditions. I got banned for life even though I uploaded all my documents, had 100% feedback and no claims. I have paid thousands in eBay and Paypal fees over the years and am gutted as I need Paypal to buy and sell on-line.

It is really stressing me out as Paypal was my main source of income. Does anyone know where I can write to, to try and appeal this ludicrous decision. Supposedly I'm high risk, although the 100% feedback and no claims show that I am not.

Any ideas would be really appreciated as I am getting very stressed over it.

Are you sure it is a lifetime ban .

Do you owe eBay a balance on some of the accounts .

Normally settling the accounts would result in restrictions been lifted .
    ( in our experience )

Yes been told its lifetime. Nope don't owe eBay or Paypal anything. Paid all eBay fees monthly through Paypal automatically.

Beware of Paypal, they are a law onto themselves.
Not the first time I have heard a story like this

Maybe you are not in the business of selling concert tickets or Ugg boots , but to receive a lifetime ban for having two Paypal accounts is not credible.( imo )

What do you mean by not credible?

Whats really infuriating me is I can get to talk to someone who is willing to help or explain why.

You can call them. They have a huge call centre in Blanch. I don't know what the irish number is, but you can probably get the UK number by googling it.
