I'm just wondering if you're liable for customs duty when you order stuff from the NFL store and if so, how much?

    Thanks :)

As far as I know you're ok once the cost of the product is less than 150(180 maybe) euro.

Keep putting off ordering my Matthews Jersey, must do it this or next week

€21 is the allowance not €150

Customs is hit and miss. But prepare yourself as this time of year you will most likely get hit with it.

Postage is very expensive from NFL.com as well. Try footballfanatics.com for a better deal. The customs issue is still there though but you'll pay less postage

You could use a european based company like http://www.espnamericashop.com/mpl/index.mpl as tax has already been paid in a EU contry and AFAIK you won't be liable for further tax.

but espn america's shop is useless. very limited range and pretty expensive too

i'd recommend football fanatics. I've never been hit for customs from them and have been caught a few times with nfl.com and eastbay.com

football fanatics have the best range outside of the team's own stores and the shipping to ireland is something like $20 which is by far the cheapest i've found

Just about to order from Football Fanatics now. How long did delivery take for you mate, I've read reports of around 5 weeks, ideally I'd like to get it before then.
