Irish Channels on Sky changed to English Channels

    Hi anyone know what to do with this my RTE1 (101), RTE2 (102) etc etc all changed to UK channels e.g. 101 is now BBC1, 102 is now BBC2, 103 is ITV - or do i have to phone the helpline?

    p.s. i have unplugged box & taken out Card

    By default, without a card the box assumes you are in London and puts BBC etc in that order. Irish channels are only available on a sky box with a valid subscription card.

    Just plug back in...(Card inserted).......
    It will reset after reboot.

    Every thing should be OK!!

    Thanks for your quick replies guys but I wasn't really clear in my post ...... I have valid card inserted but still UK set up???

    have you rebooted the box?
    unplug for 30 seconds and start up again

    Hi all. I have the same problem. Did all of the above, talked to sky and did firmware download. Still no joy. Card works ok in son's skybox. Maybe I need new skybox. Thanks
