Bet 365 offering free in play 50quid. Have to spend 50 pre game to qualify.

Liverpool's recent form suggests a long shot at Gerrard to score a peno. I may dabble at this.

It's Liverpool v Spurs not UTD.

Think i'll just put the 100 on Spurs @ 11-4. Basically getting 11-2 for your 50.

I'd stick the €50 pre match bet on a "cert" (under 3.5 first half goals) and get a basically a free €50 bet on Spurs to win.

Ain't we seen how Liverpool can turn on the heat against top 4 teams in Anfield?

I don't see Liverpool losing this game, especially seeing as they haven't lost at home this season..

Harry is in an emotional state at the moment.. Liverpool and Draw for me

I won't be backing Spurs just saying what I'd do instead of risking €50.

backed over 0.5 (@ 1/16) as usual for the pre-game bet. Not sure what I'll put the in-play 50 on, probably correct score or something. Fingers crossed :D

Backed the draw with my €50 which I'm happy enough with obviously

Talked myself out of the 0-0 though which is a killer

Much safer bet than over 0.5.

Backed a peno 1st goal at ht unfortunately, was going to go with pool to win the corner match at ht (3-1 down) at 9/4 but was greedy:mad:

That's unlucky jive. I don't mean this in an after timing sense, but Liverpool at home are not bound to get goals, that's about 3 nil alls this season I can think of

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,377 ✭✭✭Warper

Ended up putting the 100 straight on Liverpool - god i should know by now never ever back in a Liverpool match. Anyways anyone get their cash back yet? still awaiting my 50

You don't get 50 back, is it not just you get a free 50 bet in the match?

No, you have to place a bet pre-game and then another bet in-running, both using your own money

If the in-running bet loses then you get that stake back. Maximum stake back is the lower of €50 and the stake of the pre-match bet (to stop people having a €1 bet pre-match and then a €50 refundable in-running bet)

i know!! booooo. i could have just backed the draw or w/e to save my money but was half cut and by the time i got online it was the 75th minute so went 1st goal to be a penalty at 22/1 hahahah. I thought with suarez back (he didn't start) and Saha just signed that someone would score, esp. with the form Bale is in. Oh well!

Really? If the in running bet loses you get the stake back? Sure that refund could cover the pre-match bet. Is the offer that good?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 559 ✭✭✭DB74

The stake refund applies to the stake of the in-running bet only but the refund can't be more than the stake of the original pre-match bet (so you can't have a €1 pre-match bet and then a €50 in-running bet and expect to get €50 back, you will only get €1 back)

It can't cover the stake of both bets (pre-match & in-running)

My original wording probably wasn't great

It's still a fantastic offer though as it is a pure free bet

    fantastic offer indeed

stuck the 50 on under 3.5 1st half goals at 1/80
and had to ring up as i couldnt get online to put the other 50 on under 2.5
which was a lousy 4/6 only 7mins into the game
    was evens before the game
    better than nothing i guess
its the third free 50 ive got in as many months (stan james other times)
and its the third time theyve won for me

    thanks op

other was a free 50 on the stan james hurdle

If you keep putting on these no lose bets and dont bet otherwise would they not freeze the account?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,078 ✭✭✭onemorechance

Not likely as long as you are not breaking the rules, plus as shown above they are not no-lose bets, 1/16 for over 0.5 sounds a banker, especially in a Spurs game, but didn't work out this time. I don't think they have such promos too often anyway.

I am surprised though that they allow bets on something at below even to qualify for a free bet.

True, I would expect it to be in the T&C that the pre match bet has to be at least 2/1 to get the in running bet.
