Canon SLR recommendations

I've been using a Canon 350d for the last couple of years, lately the shutter button has been sticking in it. So I fear it's on it's way out. Anyway it's probably time to modernise. I have a couple of Canon lenses so it would probably make sens to stick with Canon cameras.

Any recommendations on a Canon SLR ? I don't have a massive budget but something around the €500-600 mark would be good

Argos has the 600d for 590 with another 50 euro cash back redeemable from canon ATM.
