    Get up have a shower, throw a few rashers and sausages on the grill, mug of tae. Paracetamol if needed. Watch Sky Sports News. You'll be grand

    Then load up on carbs, replenish the liquids, pop a Panadol & rest up for the day.

    I drink yops and jump into ocean / river followed by 4 or 5 jambons on the way home back to bed.

    Sleep is honestly the only cure.
    If you can manage it, get something to eat. I usually get a few slices of ham on some bread and butter.
    Something that'll fill you fast. Then go back to bed.

    Otherwise just sleep it off, though you might wake up in bits from hunger pains but you might not. Either way, sleep it off or else eat now and then sleep it off.

    bloody amatures , a fry is the worst thing to have , drink 2L of water or powerade , a couple of banannas , then take a shower after lifting weights
    A hangover is dehydration , so get fluid into you , no salty food and get active for 30/40 min , you be right as rain by lunch , then shovel some pasta into you

    Bacon sandwiches cure hangovers but sure do a full breakfast anyway. Get a half tube of
    Berocca into ye and sleep in front of the telly with, as iDave reccommended, SSN on.

    The basic cure is a rasher sandwich and large glass of juice, followed by water. This helps your body get back what it's lost, vitamins, salt, fluids. After that you treat the symptoms. Andrews for an upset stomach, caffeine for tiredness, sugar for energy.

    You can't fully hydrate if you don't bring your salt levels up.

    Lanzol Take this Bad boy before a Nights Drinking and you could Drink like a Horse all Night and wake up and nothing better then a hangout Free, Next morning

    Doctors take this drug all the time while going out. if you know some one that has Reflux disease he could have that tablet..

    12 pubs? Sure that involves time not drinking between each pint .
    So what your saying is last night I paced myself . I had a pint then a stroll then a pint then a stroll for 12 pints .
    Im now up at about 9 in the morning feeling a bit rough . Should I drink a cup of tea or a pint of water to knock the cobwebs off .
    I would suggest you get a roll with roast beef cheese and browm sauce on it and a litre of milk.
    You just have an average hangover you should try 12 hoors and 12 bags of coke for the night .Now thats something thatll put warts on your chest.
