Hey guys when we're recording a programme here at home with Sky we are not able to change the channel, it just says no satellite signal being received when you change the channel. We can only watch what is being recorded which is a bit pointless. Anyone have any idea why this is?

Try re-booting the box, ie: turn it off at the mains for a few minutes. Should sort it.

Check that you have signal on both feeds
press services 001 select then scroll across to signal
might be that you have a loose connection

001? Doesn't seem to be working, just goes to other channels when I press 0

You want to get to Settings/Signal in the menu, then look at the Input 1 and Input 2 signal strengths/quality.

Nothing showing up for input 2 so does that mean loose wire?

Sounds like you could be in single feed mode, highlight 'picture' in 'settings', press 0, 1, select brings you to set-up menu, go down and switch off single feed mode, press green button to save
