Sprenger Bow Balance Stirrups?

    Anyone use them? looking to upgrade my stirrups as doing alot more jumping & have a dodgy ankle ..

    I don't know about those stirrups, but I bought Freejump soft Up stirrups that Cian O'Connor uses. They're expensive (€240 plus €? For leathers) but really great. You'll never loose your stirrups again, they make you keep your heels down, really super for your leg position. But you'll need special stirrup leathers for them which the same company sell. They look kinda like a dressage stirrup leathers.

    I bought them in the RDS last year, I haven't seen them in any mainstream tackshop as i'm guessing at that price they wouldn't be selling too many. They can definitely be bought online if you google them.

    I use them & love them - my dodgy ankles & knees couldnt survive without them! They put your foot at the right angle aswell, highly recommend them - well worth the money over cheaper flexi-stirrups :)

    160 euro in TRI saw them there 2 weeks ago

    god i would love a pair i just watched a video on u tube about them
    for that price though they would want to be fairly super

    but still i would like something that would be nice on the ankles and help put the leg and foot and ankle in the right position

    im tempted but god 160 euro !!!!!!!!!!!!
