Is the closing date for applications for this year really the 1st of August?

Does the whole application have to be filled out by then or does it just need to be started? I won't have my father's work employment details by then so I'm not really sure what I can do.

Would appreciate if someone can help and a quick response

EDIT: Are all European citizens eligible for free fees?

    Yes August 1st is deadline.

Get the application in and started - you can send in documents that are needed later

It was so much easier to blame it on Them. It was bleakly depressing to think that They were Us. If it was Them, then nothing was anyone's fault. If it was us, what did that make Me? After all, I'm one of Us. I must be. I've certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. We're always one of Us. It's Them that do the bad things.

What will I do if I can't fill in the parts in section F looking for my father's income?

Can someone tell me if I'm not from Ireland but lived here for the last 5 years, am I still eligible for a grant?
