Hi trying to load the latest version, v 3, onto my router. However I keep getting an error page which say:

Software upload error !
The uploaded file was not accepted by the router. Please return to the previous page and select a valid upgrade file. Click help for more information.

I got the firmware update from this page http://broadbandsupport.eircom.net/download/zyxel/

Hi MrsMcSteamy

We have been asked by technical support for customers looking to upgrade the firmare to refer them to call directly on 1890 260 260 to go through setting up the update.

Just in case there are any issue, also eircom now have a new Zyxel D100 the support can go through replacement options if that is a better solution.
