parcel motel first time user

    I just registered with parcel motel as I'm trying to order something from Amazon. When buying at the check out the system is trying to slightly change the address (p m UK address) by inputting nightline and also removing PM before my i d.
    It is my fist time ordering and I'm not sure if it's normal. Can someone else share their experiences. Thanks

    Hi.

    Always make sure your PM XXXXX is included in the address, as I had a case of parcel been delayed i delivery. I contacted the seller and between him, and Parcel Motel we were able to find the parcel...

    I hate when companies/sellers on ebay think that PM XXXc is no part of the address...

    Following, as I am having the exact same issue, it's trying to change the Parcel Motel in the address to Nightline and I'm wary of ordering with this address change just in case.

    When I set mine up I had to add my Parcel Motel address as a second address on my Amazon account. I entered details as follows;

    Full Name: Name Surname PMID12345
    Address Line 1: Parcel Motel
    Address Line 2: 1A McKinney Road Mallusk
    Town/City: Newtownabbey
    County: Antrim
    Postcode: BT36 4PX

    On the next screen it will give you an option of the original address you typed in (as above) or a suggested address. Go with the original.

    Been using this for ages with Amazon and have never had a problem! :D

    Hi lads and ladies looking for a bit of help. Im buying a phone off Amazon and im using parcel motel, is your first time using it free or what's the craic? I only set it up friday night and it had 3.95 in the parcel motel acc, now it tells me I've to put money in the acc

    Hi

    I used them for the first time and rang Nightline about the address, the warehouse is very big and spans 2 roads so either address will get there.

    My parcel did not arrive (Amazon seller said it was sent then retracted it and gave me a refund) in the 8 days the parcel was "missing" parcel motel were really helpful, they knew it was my 8 year old daughters birthday present and rang me a couple of times to see if I needed help plus tried to track it down.

    After the refund I ordered another one and once it arrived in Nightline I got a personal phone call to say it was on the way, I was very impressed but would suggest you ask the seller for a tracking number as there is no record of it until it arrives at Nightline

    Has anyone ordered something large and expensive with them?
    I want to order a TV, but nervous about the outcome. Also, if the item arrives faulty, would it be easy to return to Amazon? Since they won't ship this item to Ireland in the first place, I imagine they wouldn't accept it back if its from IE or am I over thinking it?
