I see on the Galway Advertiser website that Sasha Motors have a mini and full service deal which seem very reasonable.

I have purchased parts from them before and always found them good price and knowledge wise.

I was just wondering about their quality of servicing? Has anybody used them before and what were their opionions of them. At this price, I wonder would it be given the same level of detail as they would at full price.

Feel free to PM me your experiences with them.

Owner has a conviction for clocking cars. Make of that what you will but i would take my business elsewhere to a more reputable garage.

Used them once a few years ago for a complex job and they invented a list of things "that needed to be done" with the car which was all bull. I'd say there is a chance they will try get you in on a cheap oil change service and suddenly recommend lots of additional work for your car.

Do they reduce your odometer free of charge is that only for cars they are selling?

Free of charge on cars they sell. They might do it for a fee on a a third party car ;)

I am aware of the conviction for clocking cars , but leaving that aside and ifthey still do it or not I am more interested in the quality of their work and the quality of it at a low price.

If their willingness to clock cars, which is illegal, immoral and downright dangerous doesn't give you some indicator as to the quality of their work, then nothing posted here is likely to faze you.
There are plenty of hardworking, honest, fairly priced mechanics operating in the city/county where you won't have to worry about the quality of their work as you drive yourself and your loved ones away from the garage.

Indeed, and personally, I'd rather pay them twice as much to do the same work rather than give a cent to a known con-artist.
