Im flying to gazipasa ( turkey ) from dublin via SAS and we go to copenhagen first with an hour wait until the next flight leaves to gazipasa , all flying with same airline ( SAS ) , my question is , is it possible to put the bag in a dublin and not have to pick it up at copenhagen as an hour from leaving one flight to getting on to another with a bag will be a short time , so is it possilbe to leave the bag in at the desk in dublin and just pik it up at gazipasa airport ? hope somebody can help me and answer this , thanks :)

It will happen automatically if you check in a bag

As you are flying internationally with SAS, then yes. If there was one internal/domestic flight then no.

Considering your flights are all with SAS i would be 99.99% it is all on the one ticket. Do you have one booking / reservation code or two? If you have just one you are set - it is ticketed together and your luggage will be checked through. Sometimes even if you have seperate tickets, the airline will 'interline' your bags for you if they have an agreement with the other airline. I've done this in the past from Melbourne to Shannon via LHR where LHR - SNN was on a seperate ticket.

yeah they gave one reservation number and the whole lot came up when i put it into there website so they should be able to send it all the bags at the one time without picking it up ?

Yep, they will check it all the way through for you. You'll see the three letter code of your final destination on the bag tag when they print it but if you want to double confirm, when you check in, just ask if they can / will check the bags all the way through.

You will. I recently travelled to Phuket with stop offs in Abu Dhabi and Bangkok. I booked with BudgetAir and my bags were checked through to our final destination.
