    Trying to improve the range

    I assume i need a 5ghz and a 2.4ghz antenna

It should give it better range or is it pointless ?

You're probably best off to just get a better router and bridge the 3925 to it. Legally, the 3925 is UPC's property so you can't really tamper with it.

I tried it, it didn't make any difference at all really.
