I haven't been receiving traffic information on my Volvo Sensus connect for over a week now. Does anyone know if the traffic information system is down or have the settings changed?

Never received it in Ireland and I'd imagine it would be useless anyway given that most roads are not actively monitored.

Google Maps would be far superior in any case as the back end data models for it are pretty impressive.

I'm in ROI, and it worked fine until about 2 weeks ago.

hmm...what radio station do you have it received through? Traffic Fm used to do it in Dublin but no more. And in answer to your question sorry I cant help, but curious as to how you were able to use it?

It was very good, however it did seem like some of the info was fed into the system on a time of day basis. i.e. show heavy traffic on busy junctions during rush hour etc. Google maps seems to use the same or a similar system, not sure why it stopped working for me. The info as far as I know was being transmitted via RTE Radio One.
