    I've never had any difficulties buying stuff or using vouchers on the Logitech UK site.

    Be sure to shop around for prices though....Amazon often have Logitech stuff a lot cheaper than on the the Logitech site itself.

    Worth checking the 'Blemished Box' and closeout sections for reduced stuff. I've bought from both before, never an issue with the product or even the box and has a full warranty.

    For once I wish there was a free text option at the bottom of the survey, Logitech customer service over the past 7/8 years (maybe more) have been outstanding, pretty sure they're my favourite mnc for customer service.

    Got my voucher this morning, think I'll hold onto it for a while and pick up one of their blemished box offers when the hype has died down a touch... annoyingly I've only upgraded work and home mice and keyboards in the last month or so and even have a spare sitting under the desk. Might try and pick up a mouse and keep one of my cheap-y ones as a spare.

    Managed to order Wireless Touch Keyboard K400 - White - UK English for GBP 7.50. Used your link for free shipping and applied the GBP 10 coupon.

    Followed your first link but I don't think I was in the VIP store and couldn't see any open box items or keyboards/mice under GBP 10. My old username and ID for Logitech didn't work, but that was one I used in US so maybe that was why.
