Apparently even in the UK insurance on them is just silly, no matter how much experience you have on previous bikes.

If you've 32 large to drop on a sports bike, paying for insurance is the least of your worries :-)

Could never justify spending 32,000 on a bike, but if Santa were to leave me one under the Christmas tree, I might take it out for a spin:)

Wouldn't mind one of these tank bags that attach directly to the tank neck, seems handy

32 large isn't a very big amount compared to what people spend on cages so you would expect to be able to insure it without too much difficulty.

I wish my Bridgestone T30 rear would stop spinning off from the lights in wet/cold conditions.. Despite the rave reviews I'm losing confidence in them as a tire suitable for the Irish/UK market.

Other than that, new heated grips (my left one stopped working, leading to me riding home this morning with my left hand stuck between my legs on the M50 to keep it warm).

    Here's a curve ball ~ I'd love another Vespa PX200E.

    Oh, you've owned one?.

Vespa, the best bike I've ever used by far. I loved it.

I came home from Lebanon in 2001 with a wade of money and went into town to look at buying an R1.. That afternoon I rode home on a brand spanking new Vespa PX200E and kept it for ten years.

When I sold it I immediately knew I'd regret it and long for it ever after, and I was right.

Dear Santa, please may have a Vespa PX200E for Christmas ~ I've been a good boy.

    Nonsense.

If you can ride a Vespa, you can ride anything - nothing says 'tankslapper' better than a PX ridden on a windy day with .......one hand :)

Try one on a frosty day for added spice...
