I picked up three of those bolts plus a black and decker heat gun and black and decker drillbits all at less than half price in Tesco Clearwater. Some very good buys.

    Sorry for chat.
Can those bolts not just be unscrewed if they are on the outside? Just curious.

Not really. They're the anti-tamper slot screws.

I'll let you know after I install one of them on my shed. I thought possibly the same as you but its not for safeguarding anything valuable. its just a deterrent in case any nosy kids hop over my garden wall.

Big bin of these in Tesco extra in Dundalk, marked as reduced to clear @ €2.74
Great value for the shaving gel or razor alone.

Tesco in Dun Laoghaire are selling 3 litre cartons of JP Chenet merlot for €7.

I normally don't like merlots, but good old JP Chenet make it taste palatably bland and very drinkable!

I honestly don't know how the €7 even come close to paying the duty on the stuff but I'm stocking up before someone notices.

€5/kg Hellmanns mayo offers happen regularly in Tesco. I stock up when I see it on offer and haven't paid full price in several years. Very occasionally it's on offer for €3 to €4 per kilo - that's a bargain.
One of those is from tomorrow 800g for €2.99

Its a solid bolt and very much cheaper [at this vastly reduced price] than a padlock for the same job but they are just regular screws. Its a solid bolt but like anything in its price range I wouldnt use it for anything more than keeping nosy kids out of my shed. Even if some kids of a friend visit, at least it will ensure they are not opening cans of paint or drinking bleach etc.

One thing that annoyed me was the orientation of the bolt. My shed doors open from the left with the hinge on the right. But with the main bolt on the shed door itself , the screws are up top and hence are more prone to catch moisture in my opinion than if they were more sheltered from rain driving downwards. In practice its probably a negligible difference though.

it boggles my mind. For one thing it better be a PVC letterbox , Otherwise he will have to drill holes in brass, aluminium etc.
For another ....does he live in a warzone/ Halloween celebration which never ended and wish to secure his letterbox against firecrackers/firebombs while he sleeps ?

Great value seeing as 4 pack of blades are 13 eur. 4 razors & 4 shave gels for around 10 eur vs 4 blades for 13

As mentioned above : Frozen Elsa singing doll €8.10
    Frozen Anna Singing doll €9.95

    Dozen Callaway lake balls€7.74
    Dozen Titleist lake balls €6.81

    Unicorn Champion Dartboard €5.50

Lots of empty shelf space were there were other items reduced in tennis , golf and darts accessories

There seems to be a store plan change ongoing at the moment, so there are lots of random clearance / reductions
