Just a quick question.. I can attach images/files no problem - like this.. exam1.jpg using the "Attachment not found.

Click Manage Attachments in the Additional Options below the Submit Reply button, then Browse->Upload and Close the Window. Result below.

Perfect.. so I'm guessing that if you explicitly use the "Attachment not found.
