Over in Portugal last week with a group for a bit of warm weather training, great experience but tide definitely turned quickly with covid 19, happy to be home safe. Weather and facilities were amazing.

Tugs docked up in Cork harbour. Handy spot to get out for little run as nobody at all around there apart from a few cars driving past.

Been avoiding my normal routes in Cork as some of them have just too many people out walking in groups to be comfortable so headed to this nice deserted spot less than 2k from my house.



Wasn't totally deserted, but probably passed < 5 people unlike the Lee Fields where you'd meet 5+ people in 100m!
