I am considering switching to 3 for my mobile upgrade as you seem to get better call value. I've heard plenty of stories regarding poor customer service but since I rarely if ever call O2 I'd be interested in some feedback from current customers. Do they allow/charge for tethering? Do they unlock phones for customers? Any…
