    I got an upgrade from emobile a month or two ago, and my galaxy s II seems to be unlocked. I switched sims, tried an o2 sim and seem to be able to dial the o2 customer care number etc. Has this happened to anyone else?

    Hi There,

    If the SIM has the customer care number saved on to it, this should explain why it dials through to it.

    Or are you querying why the phone is unlocked...? (just to clarify)
