I'd say I'm about an 8. I get a lot of people looking at me, and I've even overheard comments of people on the street saying how good looking I am. I don't believe it comes naturally though. I'm not one of those guys who's universally good looking no matter what. I always ensure my hair is perfect, I get my eyebrows waxed every few weeks. I'm very picky about the clothes I wear, I pay attention to skin care, I always ensure my facial hair is groomed, or shaven off. I feel I can be fairly ugly under some circumstances.

Lads attractiveness isn't the same as good looking. You can have someone who looks pretty/handsome and when you get to know them a little they're repulsive.

Similarly you could have someone who looks ordinary enough and when you get to know them they become more attractive.

Looks =/= attractiveness.
