    Hi

    St Michael's Athletic Club, Portarlington Co Laois, are holding there yearly Good Friday 8k on the 14th of April 2017,

    walkers and Runners of all standards are welcome


    walkers start at 5:30
    Runnners 6pm

    registration from 4:30pm at the Emo Community Centre , Emo Co Laois

    this event is to raise funds for St Michaels A.C
    Attachment not found.
    It is run through the grounds of Emo House and forest . Mostly road and forest tracks.
    It is a very popular event , we had over 300 last year.
