Better to get the socket that fits on them, if its a regular chore. Sometimes air can get drawn in the air vent near the boiler.

There's some amount of 'large' blocks of farmland for sale in this country this year.

Just on the journal this week.
    180 acres Kildare.
    277 acres Kildare.
    184 acres Galway.

5 pages taken up with property in the journal this week.

216 acre farm near Bunclody sold a few days ago too.

If one had money. One could buy half the country in this last while.
Try not to bit on the 184 acres in Galway anyhow will ye, I'll probably buy it

But it has a lovely view of Ballinasloe and all from there.
It'd be handy grazing for the few piebalds after the fair...

Them farms would be too small for Larry.
Larry be looking for something like this.

    30,000 acres of a farm.
    https://twitter.com/FarmersWeekly/status/1167469529347383296?s=20

The farm near to Bunclody was sold in lots I believe to the GAA, a hotelier and a tillage farmer.

    And also a cattle dealer/haulier.
The tillage farmer is rumoured to have sold 90acres to the same hotelier to buy 113 and the yard and dwelling house.

If you were buying a tractor and the seller said something like ' still on original tyres' . How would you know ? Is there anywhere you can go to see what tyres came originally on say a T5050 2013?

You could look at the date stamp moulded into the tyre, at least you'd know if it was the same year as the tractor was built ( or the year before).

The C word needs banning until December 1st.

Something needs doing with St. Patricks DAY as well.

And no one mention the V word 😵

When claiming VAT on NI purchases do you put in the 23%? or can you only claim 13.5%?
