    Quick question, if I anyway have a loan offer is it too late to open mortgage Saver Account to avail of the 2k on drawdraw down. My property will not be ready to draw down on surfin within 6 months so I think I may thethe criteria.

    Thanks for getting in touch with us here on Boards.ie

    To avail of this offer you must save a minimum of €200, maximum of €2,500 per month for at least 6 consecutive months in a Mortgage Saver Account. You must save a minimum of €5,000 in total before you draw down your BOI mortgage. I would recommend contacting our mortgage team on 016113333 for advice on this.
