As ive seen a few people asking whats changed, in relation to the vB software i was thinking it would be a good idea to post up changes.
Taken from the vB site itself.

Product/Plugin system with over 550 'hook' locations strategically placed in the code. Allows modification and extension of vBulletin without physical alteration of the vBulletin PHP scripts.

well my understanding of it is that part of it allows you to manipulate on page instead of needing to totally refresh. eg try to edit your post above

Ah right, that's very good. Takes a bit of a while to come up though, and it looks like nothing's happening for a while.

EDIT: Actually, that was just once, the quick reply and edit post options are much faster now.
