HP Instant Ink Feedback

I need a new printer and the idea of paying a couple of hundred for a mono laser really puts me off, so looking at inkjet.

My Epson worked very well for many years, but I am looking instead at a HP Envy model. The Instant Ink sounds decent - €3/month for 50 pages.

Does anyone use Instant Ink and have any feedback?

The printer I am looking at is €120 with 9 month trial of instant ink.

Any reason not to go for this apart from laser printers being "better"?

Buy a CISS unit, save a fortune.

You'd want to annualize it over the expected lifetime, if you print little the laser I suspect.
