Go to your avator at top of page. Hoover over and you get a little drop down menu.

Click the star icon and it brings you into your followed threads which are now called bookmarks.

Then if they are any new threads you like dont forget to 'bookmark' them by clicking on star 🌟 turning it yellow when you are going into the thread.

I don't get email notifications anymore though on updated threads.

I can just about tolerate having to refollow forums, but where are the bloody menu lists of fora and subfora to start with??? It's the whole bloody point of boards, to find topics!!

And Jesus wept FFS, they are not effing categories and discussions, they are called Fora and Threads!! Fix this now!

In fact, don't fix it, bin it, bring back the old interface and just archive the data and let's pretend this ZX Spectrum emulator of a touch site never happened. Deal?

hopefully this is the thread about the new site, it's absolutely awful but maybe it will get easier with time?

Finding it very tricky to post here, everything has changed everything is different and not as user friendly as it was before :(

Slowly getting used to it.... Need to update the style a bit . All the posts seem to run into each other. Even if the dividing line was made a bit bigger it would help.

I liked the old Boards. Felt like a drug addict when it was down. But I have got over it as the cold turkey went on so long.

I've fallen out of love. Don't think there is a way back as it is just so horrible

It's pretty horrible. I'd say a lot of people who jumped to Reddit won't be back, or won't be as active going forward.

It feels like almost everyone is miffed. Definitely see my usage dropping off big style.

This has happened with other message boards that I was a regular on for years. Then one day they changed the site with a big bang and that was the end of that.

I've moved to posting this on the desktop site on mobile. That's how bad the mobile site is.

I don't like it (mobile version). I used to browse regularly but I can't get used to this, there's too much stuff on the screen. It's like it's less simple than it used to be

I hope mods are reading the comments and giving feedback to the owners.

I have tried the last few days to get used to the site.

But I can't. Nothing seems to be where it was.

I loved Boards and visited several times a day. I got some great advice on issues over the years.

But it's too hard now. What a shame that they have ruined a great site.

This is impossible for me to navigate my forums have gone when i click on them all i get is posts i posted last year is there any one out there thats able to rectify this disaster I would be willing to wait another week to revert back to old boards was it absolutely necessary to update to this new version confused annoyed and just plain fed up.

I literally just give up when I use the mobile site. I end up going around in circles trying to find anything.

I keep ending up in some list of random recent posts or that pointless “activity” page.

I’m not just “griping” either. The site is just beyond frustrating to use.

It’s also very obvious that posting rates on many normally busy threads have dropped very dramatically, so it’s not just me.

I’m just surprised at the post frequency drops. Some of the threads that were extremely busy like the COVID forum is now only ticking over.

I think people are just becoming frustrated and not bothering.

A very large % of activity on this site has to be from smartphones and I can’t see casual users bothering anymore.
