Still getting charged by eir but switched to VF?

    Last time I switched providers all was taken care of. It seems eir still believes I am their customer. I cancelled my DD with eir but it appears they charged me last month also.

    Im out of contract now so getting charged 59 euro plus 40 euro from VF.
