No idea what kind of tablets you're looking for, Berocca boosts are pretty good to wake yourself up and that!

You should go into your local chemist and tell them your story...
They'll give you something for it...or you could see your doctor!
You can get these spray things for your nerves. You spray it on your tongue and it makes you all relaxed and stuff....a friend of mine had it once and it really works!

Do Lucozade Energy tablets actually work?

I won't be taking any more tablets than I usually would, with the exception of preventative migraine medicine.

Berocca Boost is quite good in general but I couldn't be bothered taking any more tablets, they won't make that much of a difference.

Try Nux Vomica. Its a homeopathic remedy available at your local chemist.

And then a sugar crash a half an hour later, I'd say.

I've got decent caffeine tolerance, but I don't know if a can of red bull is really going to help for maths exams :P I'm not nervous for the exam at any rate. I don't know if taking in energy tablets\drinks is going to help in any way though.

Yeah, but I don't imagine it would last for the duration of the exam?

I do get headaches and take Nurofen, or Ponston if it's around. Word of wisdom: don't take Hedex unless you want to be essentialy stoned for two hours.

I would advise not taking something you have not taken before.

You can add that to not giving out any details about yourself.

Yes. Sugar-rush -> Sugar-crash after about an hour.

Don't do this because homeopathy is complete nonesense. You're buying water. Or sugar pills. Nothing else.

Also, don't bother with that rescue remedy crap. It's just a placebo. Best thing you can do is eat well, get lots of sleep and try to stay confident. I've always found that the best way to control nerves for an exam to make sure I've done enough study (:pac:). Nothing quite like that feeling of walking in knowing you're prepared, while people all around you desperately look up stuff right up to the last few seconds.

My english teacher recommended us to take energy tablet things and drinking energy drinks around exams, iswell as proper sleep and good meals. She said we're really gonna feel burnt out at the end of it :/

Idk Ive been on floradix tablets for a while so I'll just be sticking to them, maybe Ill drink a lil more lucozade..

    Taking padocan's advice into consideration,

Eat lots of carbohydrate foods tonight for dinner (like pasta, bread potatoes), get a good nights sleep and drink lots of water :)

Definitely the healthiest option guys and it's not in tablet form.

Hedex is just paracetamol under a different name.......paracetamol is non drowsy......so I respectfully call shenanigans!

You realise this stuff was conceived of and created by a guy who believed he had a psychic connection to plants, right? He believed sunlight passing through dew drops imparted magical powers to petals, studies have shown it's just a placebo. This rescue remedy stuff is complete gibberish, don't waste your money.

Well I have stopped sleeping, and take tablets with coffee to compensate. That would explain it. :p

Agreed. All homeopathy is just a placebo.

    Wiki:
The remedies contain a very small amount of flower material in a 50:50 solution of water and brandy. Because the remedies are extremely dilute they do not have a characteristic scent or taste of the plant.
