    Hey

Didnt really want to start a whole new thread but just wanted to know yer opinion. Ive a ankle kind of lenght maxi dress i want to wear to a wedding, but am afraid it might be a bit too casual so i bought a balero that has lace on it and dress' it up a bit. Could you wear high heels too? Would it look silly? I can take a pic of the dress so ye can get idea of lenght.

    Thanks!

My friend wore a gorgeous green maxi dress with a belted waist at her friends wedding and it looked lovely! She wore heels too. :)

I'm planning on getting a maxi dress for my brothers wedding in August.....I'd wear it with gladiators or wedges! :)

Thanks for yer replies girls, feel better about my choice now! Would Gladiators/flats be too casual? I like the idea of the comfort, was at a wedding two months ago and wore high heels and i wasn't too bad in them just didn't feel 100% comfy iykwim.

    Heres the dress:

What ye's think? Think ill add a flower to the Balero just to give it that little bit more detail.

Black courts or peeptoes maybe, a flower would be really cute as a hair accessorie or brooch. Cute dress :)

Seen these the other day and when i seen your dress thought they would be gorgeous.. you could always stick a pair of black pumps in your hand bag in case ya need em...

It's perfect for a wedding imo. Can I ask where you got the bolero? I've been searching for something just like that!!

I'd go with gold shoes. I've a pair of gold gladiators and they go with lots of stuff. :) I got them in Shoe Rack last year. Nice and cheap too!
