    Hi everyone

For the past few years i have been pumping fairly heavy weights and did all the protein shakes and all that jazz

well . i am sick of it :-)

Now i want to change to a leaner , more energetic look and a shape that will help me with running and climbing etc.

I dotn want to hit heavy weights but want to work the full body 3-4 times a week (not sure if full body should be worked every night or a different muscle group each night)

Can anyone help with this ?

Would be helpful to see your current routine.

I wouldn't think heavy weights and protein shakes are the reason you don't have "more energetic look and a shape that will help me with running and climbing etc"
. Probably more a diet issue...

See above. We need your current routine and numbers so we know what standard you're at.

What might actually be useful is if you add in reps and weights.
