Calculating Average Heart Rate

...while using a computer and monitor that displays heart rate, but not Avg. Heart Rate, with the aim to find THrehsold Heart Rate, what's the best way to do it?

For example... Do I take my resting heart rate, then, at various stages during a 60min full effort, glance down and remember what the computer says, and use these to get the average??

Unfortunately, don't have a lap function on the HR monitor, and it doesn't store an average - although, from that link and explanation maybe I'm missing something?

What is the setup of HR monitor that you are using?

If you have a chest strap you could download a free app to your phone that will track and enable an average to be calculated.

Is it ANT+ or Bluetooth. Either way you can use an app like Strava or Polar Beat to actually record your HR data allowing you to analyse on import to Training Peaks.

Yeah, in the images on the right-side, it's shown. Can't seem to find the product code for it though.

It's Wireless, not Ant+ or Bluetooth

Does it save and allow you to upload the data? If not I think you are out of luck.

Nope. I think I'm goosed, yes. Thought I'd done me research! Not to worry, will get a decent estimate from checking the live data anyway. And a good excuse to upgrade for Xmas :)
