    Spar, you're entitled to the free one if you've bought at least 5 breakfast rolls in the past 2 weeks. You'll have to ask the girlie in the Deli counter for one. I got mine on Baggot street in the spar that's close to BOI and the little side street to upper Mount street off Ann Marie, she won't mind too much if you only had 3 or 4.

    Go into any Garda station and they will give you a free high-vis vest. They have them for cyclists and walkers on winter nights.

    I recently got a box of 30 from my local station - needed them as tabards.

    Anderco have the vest I want but they only open midweek.

    It's for flight training so I'd rather the one with the pockets etc
